Management Analyst II

DGS Office of External Affairs

New Castle, DE

This Management Analyst II position works within DHSS Administration's Contracts, Management, and Procurement Unit, analyzing procurement activity, coordinating Requests for Proposals, developing contracts, and maintaining systems to support agency operations. The incumbent evaluates operational and managerial practices, conducts statistical analysis, and makes recommendations for improving government functions while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Key qualifications Six months experience conducting studies to evaluate operations, programs, and compliance with laws and regulations Six months experience with descriptive statistics (mean, median, mode, standard deviation) Six months experience interpreting laws, rules, regulations, and procedures Six months experience in narrative report writing Knowledge of designing studies and determining data collection methods Knowledge of making recommendations for operational changes based on findings #J-18808-Ljbffr DGS Office of External Affairs
