Michigan and Ohio OpportunitiesJob DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Create and adhere to the preventative maintenance schedulePerform Truck and Trailer Annual InspectionsPerform minor repairs such as wiring, lighting, and tire replacementPerform repairs found by drivers on inspection reports, as problems reported during the preventative maintenance inspectionPerform repairs such as brakes replacement, suspension repair, and other repairsMaintain a clean working environmentReceive parts on inventory shipments and maintain inventoryCommunicate equipment status with the operations teamExcellent communication skills (both oral and written)*Winter there is a Heated Garage!!***MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS**Job Requirements:1 – 3 years of Automotive or Heavy Truck repair experienceKnowledge of DOT (Department of Transportation) RegulationsBenefits:MedicalDentalVisionLife insurance and Voluntary Life optionsShort term disabilityPTO (paid time off)
