Base pay range $135,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Note: This role is only open to 2021-2024 college graduates working in Real Estate acquisitions or Real Estate Investment Banking. • Our client is a prestigious multi billion investment firm. They seek to hire an associate on the Real Estate Investments team with a focus on acquisitions across asset classes. The group has the ability to invest across the capital stack. Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for underwriting real estate investment opportunities at the asset level and corporate level. This is a small investment team and the associate will get responsibility across the entire life cycle of the deal. Assist in the underwriting and due diligence of new CRE related investment opportunities across the capital stack Structure/Build detailed financial models and asset valuation tools to support investment decisions Forecast operating performance, financial projections and business plan scenarios for deal-specific underwriting Assisting with creating initial screening memos and final investment memos which will be presented before the Investment Committee Assist in the preparation of asset-level recommendations for senior management Prepare strategic plans for assigned properties and contribute to overall portfolio plans Qualifications 1-4 years of experience of total work experience in real estate acquisitions role or in investment banking Significant financial modelling experience Advanced Excel knowledge, including ability to summarize data via formulas, lookups, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, etc. Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical and problem solving ability Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Management Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Long Ridge Partners by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr Long Ridge Partners
