Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Production Technicians for a direct hire opportunity in Longmont, CO, supporting scientific and technical production within the electronics, components, and semiconductor manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for an electronics-focused technician who enjoys hands-on alignment, calibration, PCB troubleshooting, and precision instrument repair.

The Production Technician will work in a quality-driven production environment with supportive leadership, strong teamwork, and opportunities to build technical depth across product families. Key Responsibilities

- Perform alignment and calibration of electronic instruments and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic instruments using logical diagnostic techniques.
- Program, test, and troubleshoot PCB assemblies according to established procedures.
- Identify, segregate, and report trends related to non-conforming materials and recommend disposition.
- Maintain quality documentation to support process flow, compliance, and production control.
- Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
