Remote Pharmacy Refill Specialist

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to handle outbound calls to physician offices for verbal refill authorizations. This remote Texas-focused role supports timely, compliant patient care and accurate documentation while maintaining professionalism.
Required: 1+ year of high-volume customer service experience, PTCB, Texas Pharmacy license, and ability to set up home workspace. Strong communication and HIPAA knowledge are essential in a fast-paced team.
