The Payroll HRIS Analyst plays a crucial role in managing payroll processing and HRIS operations to ensure accurate and compliant payroll administration. Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, this role supports payroll system maintenance, compliance monitoring, and reporting activities while driving process improvements and providing user support within the payroll system.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and timely using standard payroll systems
- Manage and maintain the HR information system with focus on payroll data integrity
- Monitor compliance with payroll policies and applicable regulations
- Prepare and generate payroll-related reports for management
- Coordinate audits related to payroll processing and HRIS data
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll operations
- Provide support to users regarding payroll system functionality and issues
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in payroll management
- Proficiency with payroll systems and HRIS software such as Workday or ADP
- Strong attention to detail in payroll data handling
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills for interacting with users and management
- Experience in payroll reporting
