We’re currently seeking a Part Time Office Assistant to support our corporate office and management team within our organization.

This is an in office position. Our corporate office is located in Leawood, KS.

Requirements:

Administrative Support

• Answer phones, direct calls, and take messages
• Greet and assist visitors or clients
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel
• Maintain office calendars and contact lists
• Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports

Office Operations

• Order and manage office supplies and inventory Costco runs
• Keep the office organized and clean (files, common areas, supplies)
• Handle mail, packages, and deliveries
• Support onboarding for new employees (I.T. setup)

Data & Record Management

• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
• Update databases, spreadsheets, and company records
• Assist with document preparation and proofreading

Financial & Reporting Support

• Process invoices, receipts,

Communication & Coordination

• Support event planning and team meetings
• Maintain a professional and welcoming office atmosphere
