As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Arrival Operations in Lithia Springs, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a logistics and distribution location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor security-related activity, and support a professional, secure environment. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while helping to deter incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and front-desk policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.
• Monitor access to the facility, receive incoming calls, direct inquiries to appropriate personnel, and communicate site requirements to visitors and drivers.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, access concerns, and security-related incidents to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
