What You Bring 5+ years of experience in K–12 physical education, PE instructional leadership, curriculum development, or a combination of these contexts. Strong knowledge of high‑quality physical education instruction, including student engagement, participation, skill development, differentiation, assessment, and classroom management. Experience designing curriculum, professional learning, instructional resources, or workshops for educators. A strong understanding of the realities and challenges PE teachers encounter across different instructional settings. Ability to translate research and instructional best practices into practical, educator‑friendly resources and learning experiences. Strong written communication and instructional design skills. Experience with adult learning and an understanding of what makes professional development meaningful, interactive, and actionable. Tech‑savviness and comfort working with Google tools, presentation materials, and digital collaboration platforms. A growth mindset and openness to feedback and revision.
