- Growth Position

- Newly Trained Physicians welcome
- CNMS do own deliveries
- Shared Call of 1:6-7 with Physicians in Practice
- 3-4 clinic days per week + post-call day
- 1-2 call shifts per week (4-6 per month, CALL FROM HOME)
- Minimum of 48 shifts of restricted in-house call coverage annually
- There's always a hospitalist + OBGYN
