Proactively garner relationships with long term and repeat guests to develop loyalty and maintain satisfaction.Work closely with the Maintenance Department and Front Desk to achieve a consistent, high quality product resulting in above average customer satisfaction scores.Ensure safe working practices and procedures are followed by all employees while maintaining department productivity requirements.QualificationsPrevious housekeeping and supervisory experience in hospitality, property management or healthcare is required. To be successful in this role, you need strong verbal and written communication skills. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25 pounds. You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions, including climbing up to four flights of stairs. Applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
