Construction Coordinator

As a Construction Coordinator, you will oversee field construction activities supporting utility infrastructure projects, including substations, transmission lines, right-of-way preparation, and communications systems. This is a highly field-oriented construction coordination role supporting utility infrastructure projects throughout Texas. Construction Coordinators spend significant time at active project sites overseeing contractors, coordinating schedules, supporting inspections, and ensuring compliance with ERCOT, OSHA, EPA SWPPP, TXDOT, and RUS standards. The role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and the flexibility to travel extensively and stay overnight near project locations for extended periods as needed.
