Department: Adhesives, Coating, or Converting Reports to: Production Supervisor Status: Non-Exempt Hourly Principle Accountabilities
- Responsible for performing work assigned in our manufacturing area according to the scheduled production requirements.
- Must run production equipment in a safe, productive, efficient, and quality-conscious manner in order to achieve daily, weekly and monthly production goals.
- Must be self-motivated, cooperative, and have excellent attendance.
- Comply with all work rules while performing job assignments and utilize critical reasoning skills when solving problems that affect safety, quality, and productivity.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent,
- 1-3 years prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required,
- ability to work any shift, and capable of working weekends and overtime.
- Preference is given to candidates with prior experience in paper, chemical or tape manufacturing that involved wide web handling and converting.
