Michigan Regional Organizer

Role Description

We are seeking a Regional Organizer to help us engage women, expand our networks and encourage organizing in suburban communities within the Grand Rapids area.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and data skills
• Vast network in targeted counties and beyond
• Ability to confidently speak in front of both small and large groups
• Willingness to work some nights and weekends as needed for events

Requirements

• Frequent local or in-state travel to events
• Ability to engage directly with community members, volunteers, and voters
• Experience in event planning and participation
• Ability to manage state social media pages and support media opportunities
• Track work through metrics and data
• Support the RWB organizing team with national and statewide events
