Responsibilities Properly cleans the kitchen, washes work area tables, walls, refrigerator and cooking equipment. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized. Maintains the dish machine in clean and working order. Complies with company standards and sanitation guidelines. Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift. Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers. Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed. Requirements MUST be available to work 5 days including weekends and holidays.
