Position Overview

The Hospitalist Physician provides direct inpatient care for acutely ill, hospitalized adult non-surgical patients. This role includes managing complex medical conditions, providing internal medicine consults, and leading interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, efficient care from admission through discharge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive inpatient medical care
• Manage patients with multiple comorbidities
• Provide internal medicine consults as requested
• Participate in critical care management as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care
• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards

Qualifications

• Residency-trained in Internal Medicine or related specialty
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Board Certification required within 4 years of eligibility
