Our European Headquarter in Gersthofen is looking for a Head of Supply Chain Commodities Non-Food (m/f/d). What your job includes Leadership and development of a dedicated non-food commodities team Full responsibility for cost management and supply security of non-food commodities across Europe Strategic development of the European supply base for energy, technical gases, logistics, warehousing, packaging materials, chemicals and PPE Ownership of budgets, forecasts, market reports, KPIs and inventory management Development and execution of cost-saving and value-creation initiatives Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with strategic suppliers Continuous monitoring of relevant markets to ensure competitiveness and supply resilience Close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Finance, Controlling, Quality and Sustainability Preparation and delivery of internal and customer-facing presentations Active contribution to procurement centralization and lean supply chain initiatives Ensuring compliance with relevant EU legislation related to non-food commodities What we expect from you University degree in Economics, Food Science or Agriculture Several years of experience in a senior buying or selling role Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills Experience in the preparation of pricing documents and using financial tools Excellent MS-Office skills and presentation techniques Fluency in written and spoken English What we offer you We are a company with flat hierarchies, value-based corporate culture and a pronounced customer orientation in a special market.
