Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional support to both new and loyal customers, guiding them seamlessly through energy services.
Work in face to face setting with customers
Gain understanding of a customer needs to build personalized, results-driven solutions.
Manage accounts, process service upgrades, and ensure every interaction concludes with customer satisfaction.
Stay ahead of the curve with in-depth product knowledge and the latest promotions to offer unbeatable sales solutions.
Drive sales success while contributing to a vibrant, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

Experience in customer engagement, sales, or business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong active listening abilities and customer relationship-building experience.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to work independently and achieve results.
Demonstrated leadership through community or professional involvement.
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
