Description

Seattle, WA | Porsche | Luxury European | Service drive | Vehicle movement | Entry level | Automotive | Pacific Northwest | Seattle metro | Snohomish County | Veterans encouraged to apply | $18 - $21/hr

IS THIS YOU?

• You're reliable, careful with vehicles that aren't yours, and take pride in keeping the service operation moving - at a Porsche store, the vehicles you're moving belong to guests who notice how they're handled

• You want a stable, active role at a well-run Seattle luxury store where your dependability is a genuine operational contribution and there's a clear path forward for people who perform

WHO WE ARE

Porsche Seattle North is part of Swickard Auto Group, a hospitality company in the retail automotive space built on one idea - be the favorite of our guests, our employees, and our manufacturing partners. We operate 40+ dealerships across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii, and whether you're in Seattle or Anchorage, the standard is the same. Do right by people, every time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Move guest vehicles safely between the service drive, service bays, lot, and delivery areas throughout the shift

• Stage vehicles for service write-up and guest pickup - ensuring every vehicle is positioned correctly, locked, and ready when the advisor or guest needs it

• Perform basic vehicle washes and light cleaning so that service guests receive their vehicles clean and presentable after every visit

• Keep service lanes, the lot, and vehicle staging areas organized and clear throughout the day

• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement and logistical support as needed

• Communicate any vehicle condition concerns - new damage, warning lights, or other observations - immediately to the appropriate team member

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - required

• Reliable and punctual - the service team's workflow depends on consistent porter coverage throughout the day

• Careful and attentive with vehicles - Porsche guests are passionate about their cars and the porter who handles every vehicle with genuine care reflects the store's standard

• Self-directed - you notice what needs moving or staging and handle it without waiting to be asked

• Prior porter, valet, lot attendant, or driving experience a plus - not required

WHAT WE OFFER

• $18 - $21/hr

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance

• Life insurance and supplemental coverage options

• Paid time off and paid holidays

• A genuine entry point into the automotive industry - service porters who perform at Swickard grow into service support, advisor assistant, and lot management roles

• Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts

WHY PORSCHE SEATTLE NORTH

• Porsche owners are among the most brand-engaged in the luxury segment - the service porter at a Porsche store is handling vehicles their guests are genuinely passionate about, and that standard of care is felt

• A well-run Seattle Porsche store with consistent service traffic means steady, purposeful work and a team that values the people who show up reliably and take the role seriously

• Swickard is one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country - ranked Top 5 in North America for reputation in the automotive industry

• Our HEART values - Honor, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, Thank - apply to how every vehicle is handled just as much as every guest interaction

If you're a reliable, careful driver ready to keep a well-run Seattle Porsche service department moving smoothly - apply.
