HVAC Service Technician - Experienced | $35.00 to $45.00 per hour Pay is based on experience + Spiffs / bonuses Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:30am to 4:30pmJob Duties: Diagnostics, service, and repair on residential and some light commercial heating and air conditioning systemsProviding annual routine maintenance Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprintsConsulting with customers regarding repair, upgrades, and replacement optionsCommunication with clients on annual maintenance program and indoor air quality products that fit customers' needsMountain Heating and Cooling | Bozeman MTWe pride ourselves as being the choice for excellent customer comfort. Cash bonuses on accessories and servicesTechs receive 40+hours yearly of paid leave for NATE Certifications and dealer trainingQualifications:2+ years of HVAC service experienceResidential service experience requiredExperience with RTU (rooftop unit) service and routine maintenance preferredEPA Universal Certification requiredProven ability to diagnose issues and make repair or replacement recommendationsLow voltage license, or willingness to obtain within 2 years of employmentHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving recordCompletion of an HVAC technical school program preferredCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
