An onsite Regional Director of Quality Measures in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) oversees quality assurance and improvement initiatives across multiple facilities, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and enhancing patient care standards. This role involves collaborating with clinical teams, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing best practices to improve overall service quality. RN required.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
This role encompasses various critical functions and skills.
Leadership — Directs quality assurance efforts across multiple SNFs, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Data Analysis — Analyzes quality metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration — Works closely with clinical staff and management to promote best practices in patient care.
Training and Development — Provides training and support to facility staff on quality measures and compliance.
Regulatory Compliance — Ensures all facilities meet state and federal healthcare regulations
