Job Summary

A temp-to-hire opportunity is available for an Auditor position within Trade Compliance in El Paso, TX. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented audit or compliance professional who is ready to build a career in trade compliance, internal controls, and CTPAT-related audit processes.

This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, hands-on exposure to compliance operations, and the opportunity to work with a supportive team focused on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal and external audits to evaluate compliance with laws, regulations, company policies, and trade compliance requirements.

- Review operational procedures, audit documentation, security records, IT system records, and personnel screening documentation for accuracy and compliance.

- Identify compliance issues, assess organizational risk, and recommend corrective actions or process improvements.

- Prepare clear audit reports, document findings, and present recommendations to management.

- Develop audit schedules and prepare documentation for CTPAT assessments.

- Conduct on-site inspections of facilities, containers, and conveyances to verify required security measures.

Compensation

- Pay: $16-$18 per hour.

- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

- Location: El Paso, TX.
