- Reading labs and prescribing Hormonal Replacement Therapy to our patients
- Perform Aesthetic and Weight Loss Consultations via protocols and scope of practice guidelines
- Aline with established protocols
- Create result oriented treatment plans
- Manage daily flow for quality patient outcomes and business profitability
- Sales via client education
- Provide stellar customer service, professional bedside manner
- Patient education of procedure benefits and risks
- Create exceptional clinical outcomes
- Medical charting
- HRT and Weight Loss experience required
- Able to work independently
- Current California NP or PA License and CPR cert.
- Highly Polished and Professional Appearance
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Skin and muscle anatomy competent
- Ability to provide safe therapeutic treatments within scope of practice and license
- Strong sales background with ability to up-sell
- Time management skills
- Clinically competent, professional, understanding, patient, team player
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn our style and culture of business
- Ensure effective patient care through the implementation of established clinical practices, standardized procedures, treatment protocols and training.
- Consistent positive and mature attitude
- Must always interact in a manner that is friendly, supportive, respectful and cooperative with co-workers and patients.
