The Junior Recruiter will support the hiring process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in recruiting, with a strong interest in understanding people and building successful teams.

The ideal candidate is motivated, detail oriented, and comfortable interacting with candidates throughout the hiring process. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to identify strong talent are key to success in this role. Flexibility with working hours is required to align with West Coast schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels
• Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain organized candidate records and pipelines
• Support recruiters and hiring managers as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess candidates and identify strong fits
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Motivated and eager to grow in recruiting
• Comfortable working flexible hours aligned with West Coast time
• Prior recruiting or administrative experience preferred

Type: Full time (West Coast hours required)

Salary: $50,000$70,000/year
