About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Commercial for its new logistics department, which is at the forefront of launching innovative initiatives. The successful candidate will be part of a high-impact, high-growth environment, with a focus on rapid market validation and scalable traction. The role offers maximum ownership, allowing the individual to have complete autonomy in architecting systems, driving strategy, and building from the ground up. The Head of Commercial will be responsible for leading and executing core initiatives in the logistics domain, translating strategic vision into execution roadmaps, and driving the implementation of scalable solutions to position the department for rapid growth. Applicants for the Head of Commercial role should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation or remote arrangements. A high-agency builder mindset, proven domain expertise, and a strong drive for end-to-end ownership are essential. The role requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work directly with the department founder and a world-class team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders. The focus is on good ideas and fast execution, with no tolerance for corporate red tape. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional operator and builder, capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and is ready to take on the challenge of leading commercial activities in a cutting-edge logistics setting.
