Workforce AI Optimization Analyst is a full-time remote position focused on supporting forecasting, staffing, and workforce operations through reporting, process automation, and analytics. Key Responsibilities Support forecasting and staffing models by updating inputs and validating trends Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for workforce metrics Assist with intraday and weekly workforce performance monitoring and document processes Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in workforce analytics or related roles 1-2 years of foundational experience in AI and automation tools Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables Experience building reports or dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus Previous experience in a B2B SaaS start-up preferred; healthcare experience is a bonus
