At ROC, we're rooted in grit, service, and results - and we're looking for a licensed, motivated agent to join our Scottsdale team as a Showing Assistant. This role is built for someone who wants hands-on experience, sharper sales and negotiation skills, and a real foundation for a long-term real estate career. You won't just open doors. You'll build trust, guide buyers through one of the biggest decisions of their lives, and help them get to a successful offer. Our standard is simple: we're not satisfied until our clients are.

What You'll Do

Partner with sales agents to guide clients through showings, from scheduling to offer
Uncover client needs, provide market insight, and give written feedback after every showing
Prepare and negotiate offers alongside the sales agent
Keep client records and follow-up sharp in Brivity CRM - data over guesswork
Complete 10+ hours of lead generation weekly and join weekly script practice/coaching

What We're Looking For

Active Arizona real estate license
Someone whose character speaks for itself - honest, humble, no drama
A builder of trust who takes ownership and initiative for their work, effort, and results
Coachable and never satisfied - always seeking feedback, always looking to get better
Reliable transportation for frequent showings
Comfortable with CRM tools and organized follow-through
