In-Office | Clearlake, CA, United States Responsibilities Assess and treat patients with PT plans tailored to California regulations. Develop measurable treatment goals and track progress with standardized metrics. Maintain compliance with state licensure, OSHA, and clinic policies. Educate patients on exercises, safety, and home program adherence. Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records. Demonstrate high visibility of work activity through transparent reporting and dashboards. Adhere to safety protocols to protect patients and staff during therapy sessions. Collaborate with care teams to optimize patient outcomes and discharge planning. Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the local market using pipeline data. Participate in regular performance reviews and strive toward merit-based advancement. Provide on-site supervision or mentorship to support staff as needed. Participate in marketing or outreach efforts to drive patient referrals. Experience / Qualifications California PT license or eligibility to practice in state. Experience delivering physical therapy with measurable outcome tracking. Knowledge of California PT regulations and OSHA safety standards. Ability to document encounters accurately in an electronic health record system. Proven ability to develop and monitor treatment goals using standardized metrics. Active participation in patient education, safety, and home exercise program adherence. On-site mentoring and supervision of staff, with willingness to coach others.
