Recruiting Assistant Salary:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Hours:

8:00am - 5:00pm M-F Location:

Akron, OH

Key Responsibilities: Greet all visitors to the office and handle incoming phone calls Daily screening of candidate resumes via our web-based system Conduct phone screens for candidates Make appointments for candidates to interview with recruiters On-boarding duties for new hires and assist associates with I-9 documents Post job ads and create job descriptions Process Direct Deposit and Cash Cards MUST be comfortable in a sales environment and be willing to ask sales questions Other duties as assigned

Key Requirements: MUST be a hard worker, detail oriented, be dependable and be committed to excellence in everything you do Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without regular supervision Ability to handle problems, identify issues that need fixed, and fix them Strong computer skills with ability to master common web-based programs Ability to create job ads and job templates Must be comfortable with all people and committed to treating everyone with great customer service Candidates must consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen, and must be able to provide two professional job references.
