Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY supervision available
• State licensure (or eligibility) for California SLP
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their communication goals

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students according to IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, participating actively in eligibility meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student learning
• Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Offer consultative support and interventions within general education classrooms as needed
