Talline Carvalho Insurance Agency is looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to join our State Farm agency in Danbury. You'll be one of the first people our customers interact with, so we're looking for someone who is warm, professional, energetic, and comfortable in a busy office environment. Insurance experience is not required. We're looking for the right personality, strong communication skills, reliability, and someone who is excited to learn and grow. WHAT YOU'LL DO Welcome customers in person and provide a friendly, professional first impression Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate team member Assist with appointment scheduling and office communications Help maintain accurate customer information and records Follow up with customers when needed Support the team with administrative tasks and projects Identify opportunities where a licensed team member may be able to help a customer with additional insurance needs Help keep the office organized and running smoothly WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Bilingual in English and Spanish OR Portuguese — required Friendly, positive, and comfortable speaking with customers Dependable and punctual Organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a busy environment Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our systems Customer service, receptionist, retail, hospitality, or office experience is a plus, but not required GROW WITH US This can be more than a receptionist position.
