Job Title: Controller We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Controller to assign responsibilities, set performance expectations, and ensure accurate and efficient financial operations. The successful candidate will oversee training and development, conduct performance reviews, and prepare and analyze key financial reports for internal reporting and decision‑making. This role involves engagement with external auditors and managing external reporting communications. Responsibilities Assign responsibilities and set performance expectations to ensure efficient financial operations. Oversee training and development programs, and conduct performance reviews. Prepare and analyze key financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and data sets for internal reporting and decision‑making. Participate in internal meetings, including Monthly Reports, P&L reviews, forecasts, and annual all‑hands sessions. Engage and coordinate with external auditors by responding to inquiries, preparing requested documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate audit support. Supervise daily financial transactions to ensure proper records on financial statements are maintained in a timely manner. Manage external reporting communications with the HQ Finance team, ensuring timely and accurate submissions and proactive issue resolution. Essential Skills Proficiency in SOX compliance and financial reporting. CPA certification. Strong performance management capabilities. Experience in communicating with corporate teams internationally. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and CPA certification. Experience in financial reporting and communication with international stakeholders. Work Environment The work environment is primarily an office setting, involving some communication with international stakeholders for financial reporting. The company is experiencing healthy and stable growth. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Torrance, CA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year. Company will offer Health/Medical/401K and bonus potential.
