Grand Canyon Education, Inc. is seeking a results-driven recruiter to lead the process of identifying and placing qualified instructors for partner colleges. You will build and maintain candidate pipelines, screen credentials, and coordinate with internal HR and partner institutions. In this role you will manage staffing metrics, ensure compliance with federal and state laws, and work across teams to meet program needs.
