Medical Legal Assistant

A bachelor's degree is required for this full-time, in-person job in Stirling, New Jersey. The starting salary is $17.00/hr during a 90-day probationary period, after which hourly pay is negotiable. Unfortunately, we do not offer virtual interviews at this time. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our close-knit team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an independent, fast-paced position and is committed to helping clients navigate challenging situations. Qualifications Bachelors Degree Required Strong Critical Thinking & Analytical Skills Strong Organizational & Multitasking Skills Ability to Work with a Team Proficiency in Microsoft Suites and Google Workspace Preferred Skills (Changes per Job Offer) Knowledge of Medical Terminology Spanish or Portuguese Language Skills Knowledge of Personal Injury Processes HIPAA Compliance Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for clients Request Medical and Billing Records Review and Analyze Medical Records and Treatment Timelines Support Litigation Staff Handle Payment Disputes with Medical Providers #J-18808-Ljbffr
