Mortgage Clerk Opportunity
Toll Brothers Mortgage, America's Leading Luxury Lender, seeks a Mortgage Clerk for our team at our corporate office located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
The mortgage clerk role provides clerical and administrative support for the mortgage sales team at Toll Brothers Mortgage. As you grow in your position and gain experience, you will be introduced to various aspects of mortgage lending and have the opportunity to learn the mortgage origination process in detail.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Scanning and electronic indexing of loan documentation
- Reviewing initial loan disclosures for completion and accuracy
- Completing adverse action on cancelled or denied loans
- Opening and filing mail items
- Completion of daily action items
- Updating and reporting when needed
- Gaining exposure and experience of all phases of the mortgage process

Qualifications include:
- Organized and high attention to detail
- Strong ability to work well in a team environment
- Good verbal and nonverbal communication skills
- Ability to be flexible in an environment where priorities and needs may shift quickly
- Experience with Microsoft applications, DocVelocity, FiServ, Hyperion, and DART
- Prior customer service or mortgage banking experience is a plus
