Job Title and Location Occupational Therapist – St. Joseph Hospital, Eureka, CA. This is a per diem position, 8‑hour day shifts. Responsibilities The Staff Occupational Therapist (OTR) is responsible for completing evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing ongoing treatments that improve patient functional status in alignment with overall treatment objectives. The role meets all clinical, organizational and position requirements as defined in the Occupational Therapy policies for Scope of Practice and Professional Standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university, OR Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university. California Occupational Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification upon hire. Preferred Qualifications 1 year of experience working as an Occupational Therapist. Experience with Epic EMR.
