About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Services to join their innovative senior living organization. The successful candidate will be a clinical powerhouse with a Type A personality, dedicated to resident-led care and the growth of the clinical department. This role involves overseeing clinical operations for multiple communities, with a focus on stabilizing the department, implementing training systems for community nurses, and leading the team through system transitions. The VP will be instrumental in transitioning the organization to a leadership-driven model and will be expected to have a strong presence in the communities, providing hands-on support and mentorship to nursing teams. Applicants must hold current RN licenses in multiple states and be recognized as clinical experts capable of training and developing nurses to ensure survey excellence. The role requires a leader with grit, who is comfortable with in-person leadership and is passionate about progressive senior living. The ideal candidate will have a vision for intimate communities where their ideas can be heard and implemented. As the organization grows, the VP will have the opportunity to evolve into a strategic executive role, and their immediate mission will be to lead the clinical department through a period of critical growth and change.
