Marketing Manager

A fast-growing boutique commercial real estate advisory and brokerage firm is seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of its marketing function and help shape the firm's continued growth. With offices across Washington, DC, Miami, New York, Baltimore, and Hampton Roads , the firm provides high-touch advisory and brokerage services across office, institutional, industrial, and retail assets . This is a high-autonomy, highly visible opportunity for a creative and entrepreneurial marketing professional who wants to build rather than simply execute. The Marketing Manager will work closely with brokers and senior leadership to strengthen the firm's brand, support business development, and market key properties and transactions. As the firm grows, there is a clear opportunity to build and lead a marketing team . Key Responsibilities: Own marketing strategy, branding, campaigns, and day-to-day execution Create offering memoranda, property brochures, pitch decks, presentations, RFPs, and other client-facing materials Support brokers with business development, thought leadership, deal announcements, and property marketing Manage the firm's website, CRE platforms, email campaigns, and social media presence Develop go-to-market strategies for new listings and property campaigns Coordinate creative vendors, events, photography, video, and other marketing initiatives Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and performance metrics Leverage AI and modern marketing tools to improve efficiency and content production Qualifications: 5+ years of marketing experience; commercial real estate experience strongly preferred Strong writing, design, branding, and project management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools Familiarity with CRE platforms such as CoStar, LoopNet, and Crexi Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO, and email campaigns is a plus Why Join?
