Our approach targets the root causes of aging using a proprietary peptide designed to decrease the accumulation of aged (senescent) cells in the skin, and is the first product proven to reduce skin biological age in humans.

About The Role

OneSkin is at an inflection point — scaling from a high-growth DTC brand into a multi-channel, science-led longevity company. We're looking for a VP of Operations to be the operational backbone of that growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own the systems, supply chain, planning, fulfillment, and operational infrastructure required to scale OneSkin toward $150M+ and beyond. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role for an operator who has lived through scale before and knows how to build the operational foundation needed to support our next stage of growth.

You'll partner closely with our CEO, CFO, and leadership team to turn ambitious growth plans into operational reality, while staying close to the work to solve problems, build processes, and move quickly when needed.

Who You Are

• Your experience spans both supply chain and business operations. You understand manufacturing, inventory, fulfillment, and demand planning, but you're equally comfortable thinking through COGS, margins, operational budgets, systems, and company-wide processes.
• You're a builder. You thrive in lean organizations where senior leaders stay close to the work, and you're energized by creating the systems, processes, and teams that don't exist yet.
• You've helped scale a high-growth consumer business through a meaningful stage of growth — ideally from sub-$100M toward or beyond $150M in revenue — and personally built or evolved the operational infrastructure required to support that scale.
• You can move seamlessly between strategy and execution. You're comfortable advising the CEO and leadership team on critical business decisions one moment and diving into a PO, inventory issue, or vendor challenge the next.
• You know consumer operations deeply. You've worked within beauty, wellness, CPG, or an adjacent consumer business and understand the complexity of scaling across DTC, retail, and other channels.
• You think like a business operator, not just a functional leader. You connect operational decisions to margin, cost, inventory, and growth and know where to invest, where to simplify, and where to push for better.

What You'll Do

Supply Chain & Fulfillment

• Own end-to-end supply chain strategy: sourcing, manufacturing, inventory planning, and 3PL/fulfillment partner management.
• Build scalable, resilient processes that support growth across DTC, retail (including Sephora and other prestige channels), and international expansion.
• Drive cost efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery across the supply chain.
• Manage vendor and co-manufacturer relationships with a partnership mindset while driving accountability and performance.

ERP & Systems

• Lead the implementation, and adoption of an ERP system that is already in motion, promoting cross-functional change management.
• Champion data integrity and operational visibility across inventory, orders, and financials.
• Continuously improve systems and workflows to reduce friction and scale efficiently.

Planning & Financial Operations

• Own demand planning, S&OP, and inventory forecasting across channels.
• Partner with Finance to manage COGS, operational budgets, and margin optimization and inventory management.
• Develop and track operational KPIs — surfacing insights that drive smarter decisions across the business.

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Build and lead a lean, high-performing operations organization, with oversight across Operations, Customer Experience, and People Operations.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Science to align operational capacity with business priorities.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership team on strategic growth and operational decisions.

What You Bring

• DTC, beauty, wellness, or CPG company.
• Demonstrated experience scaling a company to $150M+ in revenue — including supply chain, fulfillment, and systems infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience leading or materially contributing to an ERP implementation or systems transformation in a high-growth environment; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail and wholesale operational requirements; experience with Sephora or other prestige retail partners is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• West Coast-based preferred; remote candidates must have flexibility to travel to San Francisco regularly.

Compensation Range: $250,000–$275,000 + bonus + equity

Our total compensation package includes a competitive base salary, strong quarterly bonus potential, and equity/stock options designed to support long-term alignment and shared success.
