Behavior Technician / RBT (Bonus Opportunity)

Overview This position provides professional instruction during summer school designed to develop academic, social, physical, and skills in students across specific grades and subject areas. Compensation and Status Typical terms found include: monthly salary (e.g., $3,676.00 monthly) and hourly rates (e.g., $19.00 hourly). Responsibilities Administer, score, and record achievement and diagnostic tests as the teacher recommends for individual students. Operate and care for equipment used in the classroom for instructional purposes. Plan lessons according to teaching materials and students’ English level. Promote learning in a professional and compassionate environment, and contribute to student development in academic, social, and skill areas. Lead, coach, and mentor colleagues or paraprofessionals where applicable; model effective classroom behaviors and provide feedback. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant field; active teaching license as required for the role (e.g., Special Education licensure as noted in related postings). Experience in education and a demonstrated ability to support student learning and growth.
