Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telepractice to support educational settings in Elon, NC. This role focuses on delivering remote speech and language therapy services to students in need of specialized communication support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting teletherapy sessions to assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each student
• Collaborating with educators and families to monitor progress and adjust interventions
• Maintaining detailed documentation and compliance with school and state regulations
• Participating in virtual meetings and professional development related to telepractice

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license with eligibility to practice in North Carolina
• Experience delivering speech-language therapy via telepractice platforms in an educational context
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorder assessments and treatments
• Ability to engage children and adolescents effectively in a virtual environment
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with telehealth technology
