What You’ll Do: Lead and oversee First Impressions environments including Greeting, VIP, Parking, Ushers, and Guest Experience teams Recruit, onboard, train, and develop volunteers and leaders Help create smooth, welcoming, distraction‑free weekend experiences Champion New Walk’s culture, vision, and Code Blue values Coordinate volunteer scheduling, communication, and team care Assist with special events, church‑wide experiences, and leadership development Ensure guests and first‑time visitors feel seen, known, and valued Why New Walk?
