Registered Nurse – Oncology

Schedule: Combination of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts to equal 40 hours per week. Typical shift windows: 06:30–17:00, 06:30–19:00, 10:30–20:30. Weekend coverage required as needed.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years RN experience required. Travel nursing experience required. Required: BLS certification, EPIC charting experience. Preferred: ACLS, CNOR, clinical experience in neuro, thoracic, ENT, ortho/spine, general surgery, plastics, urology/GU-GYN, free flaps, robotic (Da Vinci), oncology experience.

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in an oncology setting. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient health and progress, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Assist in surgical procedures, including operating room nursing roles.

Compliance / Notes: Fingerprinting required immediately after contract signing. Current employees of the facility are ineligible; former employees eligible after 6 months. Required time off must be included in contract at submission. Annual flu vaccine required; medical exemptions allowed.
