Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Evening/Night Shift (2:45 PM – 11:15 PM) | 5 days per week, 8 hours per day | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgical teams in the operating room across a variety of specialty procedures including total joints, knees, and hips
• Support neurological, urological, and robotic-assisted surgical cases including DaVinci procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, surgical instruments, and equipment in accordance with facility protocols
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and pass instruments and supplies during procedures
• Participate in occasional weekend assignments as needed; no on-call requirement

Required Qualifications

• Active Surgical Technician certification or equivalent credentialing required
• Experience in an operating room or surgical setting
• Ability to work a fixed evening schedule of 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM, 5 days per week — schedule is not negotiable
• Familiarity with sterile technique and surgical instrumentation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with total joint, orthopedic, neurological, or urological surgical procedures
• Prior experience with DaVinci robotic-assisted surgery
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment with rotating specialties
