Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit during day shift hours
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Monitor telemetry readings and respond appropriately to cardiac changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in the medical record
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
Current BLS certification
Experience in Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a contract basis
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in an acute care hospital setting
Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Strong critical thinking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
