Senior IT Internal AuditorLocation: Greeley, CO, United StatesPurpose and Scope/General Summary: We are seeking candidates for an Internal Audit role based at our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO, that will focus heavily on maintaining our IT SOX program for Pilgrim's Pride Corporation, as well as our parent company JBS. The mission of our Internal Audit team is to be a trusted business advisor, adding value and helping the organization meet its strategic objectives. The Senior IT Internal Auditor will represent our department by being professional, responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. We are seeking candidates who are highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. Most importantly we are seeking a team player who can work effectively with team members at all levels throughout the organization.Responsibilities:Responsible for the verification and audit of Information Technology General Controls (ITGCs) and application controls; documentation and issuance of management reports on the design and effectiveness of controls across the companyBe a contributor, and eventually a potential leader, of the success of the IT SOX programs at Pilgrim's Pride and JBS USAFollow up with management on previous audit findings to ensure action plans have been completedCoordinate with IT governance team to develop solutions to address IT control deficiencies, and monitoring of related action plansProvide guidance to IT groups as it relates to control interpretation, applicability and practiceLead the IT control walk-throughs to determine necessary/applicable modificationsUnderstand and identify root cause of control deficienciesParticipate in the development and performance of the IT audit plan; work as an integrated team with the other Audit team members on joint financial/IT reviewsOwnership and accountability for the IT General Controls and Application Controls TestingAssist in the development of a combined assurance approach and work with, and coordinate work with external audit, when requiredAbility to multitask on a variety of projects within a single day, which presents the opportunity for tremendous personal growth for IA staffThis role is expected to be an individual contributor and a strong team player, with a strong awareness and demonstration of the JBS values dailyPerform special projects as neededOther duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum 2-3 years of prior IT Audit experience is requiredBachelor's Degree in related field (i.e. Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting)Strong understanding of the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 (Narratives, Risk Matrix, Control Templates, Testing, Certifications, Remediation)Understanding of multiple technology domains including software development, Windows, database management, networking preferredUnderstanding of information security standards, best practices for securing computer systems, and applicable laws and regulationsHands-on experience in planning and executing SOX and risk-based control testing within SAP environments, including access, change management, configuration, and automated application controls.The ability to understand how project deliverables impact the big pictureDemonstrated ability to work within a team in a cohesive and collaborative mannerAbility to work within tight deadlinesStrong reporting and presentation skillsExperience with Auditboard is preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to present complex ideas and concepts to all levels throughout the organizationRelated certifications such as CISA, CISM, CPA/CA are strongly preferredExperience creating or working with Information Security policies and standardsWillingness to travel up to 20%Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationAs a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
