Partner with full-cycle recruiters and hiring managers to understand open GTM and engineering/technical roles Execute high-volume, targeted outbound sourcing to build qualified pipelines, emphasizing passive candidate engagement Craft personalized outreach sequences for different candidate audiences Screen inbound applicants and sourced candidates, assess role fit, and pass qualified candidates to the recruiting team with documented assessments Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track outreach activity, response rates, and pipeline conversion Research and identify sourcing channels, communities, and talent pools for technical and GTM hiring Provide pipeline updates and sourcing insights to recruiters and hiring managers, including market signals and candidate availability trends Requirements 2+ years of dedicated sourcing or recruiting experience Demonstrated experience covering both GTM and technical roles; candidates with only one track will not be considered Strong knowledge of GTM talent markets, including sales and marketing structures, titles, career progressions, and seniority expectations Sufficient technical literacy to source software engineering roles, parse job specifications, evaluate candidate backgrounds, and engage technical candidates Proven ability to generate pipelines through proactive, creative outbound sourcing Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search proficiency Experience with at least one ATS, such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment with minimal ramp time Strong written communication skills Startup or high-growth technology company experience is a strong plus Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for Vendelux Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in sourcing and recruiting for both GTM and technical roles, utilizing strong knowledge of talent markets and effective outreach strategies. Proficient in managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records in ATS systems.
