- Engage at all levels -from end users to C-suite stakeholders-using a consultative, value-led approach.
- Translate market complexity into opportunity , connecting regional dynamics with broader U.S. energy trends.
- Leverage modern sales tools (Salesforce, CPQ, HubSpot, ZoomInfo) to manage pipeline, forecasting, and execution with discipline.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and solution teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored solutions.
- Continuously build market intelligence , identifying emerging trends, regulatory shifts, and new growth segments.
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS or strategic solution sales , ideally within energy, utilities, or complex technology environments.
- Proven track record of winning new business and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep expertise in the Texas energy market , including ERCOT structures, stakeholders, and commercial dynamics.
- Strong understanding of power markets, regulatory frameworks, and industry transformation trends .
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex, high-value platforms through a consultative, insight-driven approach.
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and influencing senior decision-makers.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (including CPQ) and modern sales enablement tools.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% .
