Seeking Experienced Window Sales Manager

Join Reese Roofing & Construction as our Window Sales Manager, a pivotal role in our expansion into window sales. If you have a passion for sales and a talent for leadership, you’ll thrive in this position. Your primary focus will be managing a team of sales representatives while ensuring outstanding service to our customers.

In this role, you will not only be responsible for personal sales but also for mentoring and guiding your team to achieve targets. You will oversee the entire sales process, from initial customer engagement to final install, ensuring an exceptional experience for every homeowner.

Your expertise will play a crucial role in establishing our window division as a top performer in the industry.

Proven track record in window sales or related field
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing sales teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to train and motivate sales representatives
Experience in setting and achieving sales targets
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting
Customer-focused with a commitment to high standards
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
