Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough interviews with clients, gathering and interpreting social, personal, environmental, and health information to inform treatment.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to diverse populations, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and familial conflicts.

• Evaluate treatment effectiveness, adapting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.

• Coordinate with community resources to facilitate client recovery and enhance overall well-being, making referrals as appropriate.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in client records per established protocols, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Support clients through crisis situations, employing evidenced-based techniques for short-term resolution and management.

• Build and sustain strong therapeutic relationships with clients characterized by mutual respect and trust.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, new hires are eligible for a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to attracting top talent.
